Paul Gibson, the founder and president of All Pro Sports Academy, played professional baseball for nineteen years. He arrived in the majors in 1988 and played for the Detroit Tigers. Early in his career, he was both a starter and a reliever, and teamed with Mike Hanuman as Sparky Anderson's main lefty-righty tandem in 1990 and 1991. During his tenure in the major leagues, Paul spent four years in the Big Apple, pitching for both the Mets and the Yankees.

His experience and reputation as a speaker at countless clinics and at youth functions teaching the game of baseball is unheralded. The philosophy that Paul developed is implemented every day.

The training of baseball athletes, taking them to the next level is the obvious goal and objective of our company. It is however what is next in our programs that we feel makes the difference in our everyday approach to training these athletes.

In the year 2005, the world in which our youths live in and try to succeed in is a very complicated one. The competition that they endure on an everyday basis, whether it is in the classroom or on the playing field, is fierce.

We do not profess any magic formula for becoming a major league baseball player. We do know from experience that creating a good environment and having a solid staff with knowledge second to none, the players in our program not only have a chance to be a better baseball player and to move on to the next level, but they have an even better chance of being a better person in our society.
